Welcome to the test bench
Paste a clinical note, let the ICD-10 coder suggest codes, then mark each code right or wrong and add any it missed. Every note you check goes into your test list, which you export as a report and email to Triman.
To start, enter your name and the tester key you were given.
Clinical note
Paste the whole note as text, markdown or HTML. Use de-identified notes only.
Coding the note… 0 s. Usually 10–60 seconds; longer when the server is busy.
Test list
Every note you've checked, with the totals for your report. Click a row to open it again.
Your list is kept in this browser until you clear it. Email the downloaded report to Triman.
What the numbers mean
- Accuracy
- Of the codes the coder suggested, the share you marked correct (precision).
- Completeness
- Of all the codes the note needed (the correct ones plus the ones you added), the share the coder found (recall).
- Overall score
- Accuracy and completeness combined into one number (F1). 100% means every code right and none missing.
- Notes fully right
- Notes where you changed nothing.
- Review flags
- Of the codes you marked wrong, the share the coder had already flagged for a person to check.
